Goodbye 2016

2016.

A year that included the killing of a gorilla, mass shootings, a series of terrorist attacks, humanitarian disasters, deaths of a few celebrities, a wildfire in Alberta and president Donald Trump. Many people I’ve talked to have told me this has been one of their worse years with what’s happened in the news. As much as I sympathize with them on how terrible the events throughout the year turned out to be, this year was a year of discoveries, realizations and somehow for me.

Let me start off my saying I made it through my first month of university! The past month was a struggle, but I’m glad I managed to survive. Second week: worst or the best?

Hey guys,

I have a feeling that this is either gonna be my best year or worst year – with no in between. i have my academic courses in second semester, except for biology, and all of my mixed courses in the first. This really sucks since first semester’s usually when I concentrate the most, but I don’t have a lot of work this semester. Then in the semester coming up, when my mind loosens because of summer, I have all of my easy subjects. ughhhh. I really hope that I can change my schedule from drama to chemistry this semester, so that I don’t have to have all of my hard subjects next semester. Unfortunately I already have the worst English teacher in the school.
